What is the proposed program? Basically it is a three-hour program consisting of a scavenger hunt, a skit involving the audience, dinner, videos and an interactive presentation where folks will learn as much about themselves as they do about us. And our goal is to send them home with some practical insights for moving forward in their spiritual journey. Nominally, the evening would start at 6pm and end by 9pm.

What do I (the host) need to provide? You would invite your friends; provide a location comfortable for the appropriate number of guests (home, room in the church, etc); and provide dinner and dessert (or do potluck if you want).

How many people do you (Douglasses) expect? Nominally 6-12 in addition to us. We’d be happy to have more, of course J

What sort of logistical support do you need? We’ll bring the bulk of what we need, but we will be showing some videos and slides. Depending on the location we’d need a TV or projector/screen.

May I invite my non-Christian friends? Fine with us!

What about kids? Kids are very welcome. We’ll have one of our own!

Will you play guitar and sing for us? Absolutely not! J We’ve abandoned such frivolity for bigger and better things! (or just maybe because we’re WAY out of practice!!)
